Advisory Council Meeting
The selection process for neighborhood representatives on the Piney Branch Advisory Council (PBAC) will take place at the next PBAC meeting on Tuesday, April 28. Neighborhood representatives for 2015-16 will come from the communities zoned to Piney Branch based on the most recent boundary process for the new Chris Yung ES ("Devlin Road"). Those communities are: Bridlewood, Broad Run Oaks, Brookside, Laurianne Wood, Linton Crest, Virginia Oaks, and Wentworth Green. Each community has a representative and an alternate.
The complete agenda for the April 28 meeting will be posted on the PBAC webpage in the near future.  The selection process will not take place until the later part of the agenda due to a few special guests.

The selection process will be conducted in accordance with the PBAC bylaws, which were updated in 2014-15 based on recommendations of a PBAC sub-committee. They were approved at the PBAC meeting on Tuesday, March 24 and will be published in the "Files" section of the PBAC webpage when a final version is available.  If you need a copy sooner, please contact PBAC Secretary Ann Nuzzo at

The Vice-Chair of the PBAC, James Trapani, oversees the selection process. He can be contacted at if you have any questions.
